Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will immediately suspend any account found to be held by an individual under the legal gambling age.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to bankruptcy, insolvency, self-exclusion programs, or court orders. Individuals who are incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise lacking legal capacity are prohibited from using the Service.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The duta76 Service is intended for users located in Indonesia. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted and that your use of the Service does not violate any local, regional, or national laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service from certain geographic locations at our sole discretion.

2.4 Single Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with duta76. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts held by the same individual using different personal information are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting services on duta76, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and chosen username and password. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify duta76 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or suspected fraud. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. If your contact details, address, payment method information, or any other registered details change, you must immediately update your account settings or contact customer support. duta76 is not responsible for failed communications or transaction delays resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.

3.4 Account Responsibility

Your duta76 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or assign your account to any other person or entity. You may not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

duta76 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account tier, payment method, and applicable banking restrictions. VIP and high-tier loyalty members may be eligible for increased deposit limits. 4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds to minutes. In rare cases where manual verification is required, deposits may take up to 24 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). duta76 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source legally owned by you. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise. You may not use the duta76 Platform to transfer funds to or from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the name on your duta76 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account closure.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from duta76, your account must be fully verified through our KYC process, you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements, your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or violations, and you must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Silver tier loyalty members receive priority processing, while Gold tier VIP members receive express processing within 1-6 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and payment method. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and manual processing, which can extend processing time by 1-3 business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available or we approve an alternative method for security reasons. If you have active bonus funds, you must complete wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before withdrawing deposited funds. We reserve the right to conduct additional account reviews before processing large or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

duta76 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international financial regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. Accounts exhibiting suspicious deposit and immediate withdrawal patterns without genuine gaming activity will be flagged for investigation and may be suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms General Provisions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by duta76 are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus terms vary by promotion and are clearly stated on the promotional page and in your account dashboard. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Failure to meet bonus conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements, meaning you must stake the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawing associated winnings. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place Rp 30,000,000 in total stakes. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms (typically 7-30 days). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-50%, and some games may not contribute at all.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While an active bonus is in use, certain restrictions apply: maximum bet limits are enforced (typically Rp 25,000 - Rp 100,000 per bet depending on bonus type), certain games may be restricted or excluded from bonus play, withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is forfeited, and bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in promotional terms. Violating any bonus restriction will result in immediate bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

duta76 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we determine a User is abusing promotional offers through irregular betting patterns, multiple account creation, collusion with other players, exploitation of technical errors, or any other form of bonus manipulation. Our decision on bonus abuse is final and binding.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by duta76. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of obvious errors, technical glitches, suspected fraud, or bets placed with insider information. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the User. Bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant sporting event or game as determined by duta76 using reputable third-party data providers. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bet settlement follows the specific sport's rules as outlined on our Platform.

7.2 Obvious Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of obvious errors including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical glitches, or system malfunctions, duta76 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. An "obvious error" includes odds that are clearly incorrect given the nature of the event (for example, odds of 1000.00 on a heavily favored team). If a game malfunctions during play, all affected rounds will be void and stakes returned. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical errors or system downtime.

7.3 Responsible Betting Conduct

Users are expected to engage in responsible gambling practices. duta76 provides tools to help manage your betting including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools through your account settings or by contacting customer support. We strongly encourage all players to use these features to maintain control over their gambling activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the duta76 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen credit cards or payment methods, creating multiple accounts, impersonating another person, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, using automated betting bots or software, exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of cheating or unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer funds between individuals, depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine betting activity, or any attempt to use duta76 for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, or exploiting technical errors to gain unfair bonus advantages.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your account, providing false age information during registration, or otherwise facilitating underage gambling.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Platform, circumventing security measures, or accessing restricted areas of the system.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward customer support staff or other players, harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that violates the rights of others.

duta76 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitoring tools to identify prohibited activities. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and may report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, duta76 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duta76 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the Service. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that duta76 makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or winnings.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall duta76, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless duta76, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Service; (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity by you; or (e) any dispute between you and any third party.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your duta76 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw your available balance (minus any active bonuses) and complete any pending wagering requirements. Once closed, your account cannot be reactivated, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to use the Service again (subject to eligibility and our approval).

10.2 Suspension by duta76

We reserve the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unusual betting patterns requiring investigation, pending KYC verification, or any security concern. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and the reason via email or through your account dashboard. If the investigation concludes in your favor, your account will be restored and any rightful funds returned.

10.3 Termination by duta76

duta76 may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information during registration or KYC, abuse bonuses or promotions, fail to complete KYC verification when requested, remain inactive for an extended period (see Inactive Account Policy), or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. If your balance contains legitimately won funds not subject to investigation, those funds will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or charges.

10.4 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must stop all use of the Service and may not create a new account without our express written permission. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the duta76 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, design elements, and their arrangement, is the exclusive property of duta76 or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The duta76 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of duta76 or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to any content, code, data, or materials you access through the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use, systematic retrieval, or data mining of Platform content is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the duta76 Service, including any question regarding existence, validity, breach, or termination, you agree to first contact our customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support staff.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of international commercial arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, duta76 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in our licensing jurisdiction for any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service, except as otherwise provided in the Dispute Resolution section above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
